Tracking
Each order has an associated tracking code to give you full visibility throughout the delivery process. The tracking code is included on your 'shipped order' email along with a link - you can click here
US Mainland Orders - Delivered by UPS Ground
Orders placed before 3PM Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next working day. Any orders placed after 3PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us via email or contact form for availability and a quote.
Please note, Working Days include Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Due to courier collection plans same day dispatch is excluding on Bank holidays. Once your solenoid valve order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation e-mail with details of your order.
International Orders
The Solenoid Valve Shop deliver both Gas Solenoid Valves and Water Solenoid Valves around the globe. Due to the varying product size/weights available online shipping is calculated bespoke for each order. Simply choose 'international shipping' at checkout and one of our team will source the best shipping price for your order, if you aren't happy with the price the order will be cancelled and no charge will be incurred.
Delivery Terms
Delivery times are subject to change across US holidays such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather, road traffic accidents and technical difficulties can cause delays. We recommend if your order is time sensitive to place the order with a time buffer in place to account for any potential delays.
