RETURNS POLICY GUIDELINES:

 

This is a guide for correct procedures and does not change or alter the ValveShop.us Terms and Conditions of Sale per our customer agreements and should be used as a guide only. Consult the ValveShop.us Terms and Conditions of Sale for a full account of the sales contract.

 

No Longer Required / Incorrect Order:

Must obtain RGA # from ValveShop.us before returning the product.

15% - 25% restocking charge depending on type of product, date of order.

Any items order date > 60 days old no longer returnable. The customer pays shipping.

 

Damaged in Delivery:

Customers must inform ValveShop.us of any damaged items within 7 days of receiving delivery. To begin a claim for damage in delivery, the customer must obtain an RGA # from ValveShop.us, goods should be shipped back to ValveShop.us in original packaging.

The customer should raise a new PO # for replacement goods. ValveShop.us shall inspect goods upon arrival and issue credit if warranted.

 

Incorrect Items Delivered:

Contact customer services to get the correct items shipped. Please have the original PO / Sales Order at hand.

 

Faulty:

For products deemed to be functioning outside the normal operating description described in the owner/operator manual, the customer shall contact ValveShop.us technical at 866-267-6730. ValveShop.us shall provide reasonable technical and analytical support over the phone to rectify the scenario. At this time the ValveShop.us technician shall evaluate the scenario and determine whether the items need to be returned to ValveShop.us for inspection. Goods can only be returned once the ValveShop.us technician has provided an RGA #, The original sales order and or purchase order shall be required to obtain an RGA # and the request for the return shall be made by the original purchaser. The customer shall be responsible for shipping items back.

Once the items have been received by ValveShop.us an investigation shall be made to determine if the items do not meet the specifications and descriptions made in ValveShop.us brochures, website, user manuals and specifications, due to defects in material or manufacturing. Credit is applied to warrantable items, conditions that will negate the credit approval include;

(a) The goods have been improperly altered in any way whatsoever, or have been subject to misuse or unauthorized repair.

(b) The goods have been improperly installed or connected by the Customer.

(c) The goods have been damaged by fire, water or smoke.

(d) The goods have (where applicable) exceeded the guarantee or warranty period.

(e) Any maintenance requirements have not been complied with.

(f) Any other reason which in the Supplier’s reasonable discretion does not entitle the Customer to a refund or for return of Goods.

 

Returned Goods must be marked with a return authority number (RAN) which will be supplied by ValveShop.us and should be accompanied by a written explanation for the reason for the return.
